Synopsis : Padmabhushan Amritlal Nagar is one of the prominent writers of the twentieth century. His literature is the mirror of the society. He did not write just for the sake of entertainment, but he documented the cultural and social history of his times. After a short stint as a film scriptwriter in the Bombay film industry during the 1940s, he dedicated himself solely to literature and created many novels that are considered modern classics. Often cited as the true literary heir of Munshi Premchand, Amritlal Nagar created his own independent and unique identity as a littérateur and is counted as one of the most important and multifaceted creative writers of Indian literature. The film 'Chowk University Ka Vice Chancellor—Padmabhushan Amritlal Nagar tries to explore the life and literary journey of Padmabhushan Amritlal Nagar through recreation of events and extensive interviews with prominent Hindi writers, critics, and family members of Nagar Ji.

Rajesh Amrohi, proprietor of Amrohi Arts is an independent documentary
filmmaker, director of photography, and editor, has vast experience shooting
documentaries, fictional programs, and corporate films for various clients and agencies.
Committed to the cause of meaningful entertainment, he has written, produced,
photographed, edited, and directed almost 100 hours of meaningful content. In the past,
he has served as Executive Member of the Indian Documentary Producers Association.
Presently, he is the General Secretary of Documentary Films & Theatrical Trust.
His films have participated in film festivals and have been shown on various channels of
Prasar Bharti.
Savita Sharma, actor, director, storywriter, radio anchor and independent documentary
filmmaker has many documentary films and fictional programmes to her credit, which
have been shown on National Boradcaster and film festivals. She has written, produced &
directed number of programmes for Doordarshan, All India Radio and other agencies.
Apart from filmmaking she is equally active in theatre and has written, produced and
directed several plays for Hindi Academy, Urdu Academy and other agencies. She has a
great love for children theatre and regularly conducts theatre workshops with children
and teachers through CCRT and various schools. She regularly writes and her stories
have been published in prestigious Hindi magazines.
