Synopsis : Aamar Boss is about a 40-year-old man, Animesh, who runs a publishing house. He is estranged from his wife, who is busy pursuing her career in Mumbai. His mother, Shubhra Goswami, a retired head nurse, has recently undergone a major heart operation and is recuperating at home. Bored, Shubhra decides to accompany her son to his office and work as an intern there, much to her son's dissatisfaction, a decision that will irreversibly change the dynamics of the company and the lives of its employees.
